Irvine's biggest fear is to be alone. Of course, that's what a lot of people are afraid of, but he goes a step further with his insecurity. He doesnt want to be alone, and he doesn't want to live his life with out the one girl that he likes the most, however he's always trying to get any girl he can, that's of course up to his standards ;) He's also afraid of being rejected for being the person that he really is.. a deep and actually rational person, therefore he puts his standards up into a mess and pretends to be something he's not. A calm collected guy who is in total control of his emotions. His womanising seems a lot like a cover up for his insecurities. He honestly just wants one girl, Selphie.
