Fujin, Seifer, and Raijin all make up the infamous Disciplinary Committee and Posse of Final Fantasy VIII; Seifer is their leader, Fujin is his second-in-command, and Raijin completes the trio. They are all extremely close to each other, and they're probably the only real friends that each one has. You can see and witness a very apparent sort of connection and brotherhood between all three.In addition to being Seifer's best friends, they also support him in whatever he does, and this of course includes siding with the sorceress and joining the "bad guys." They follow his orders while he acts as commander of Galbadia Garden's troops, providing a distraction for Squall and co. and providing obstacles to overcome on their journey.

Fujin most likely looks up to Seifer as some sort of a (weird) role model and no doubt has immense respect for him, no matter what his actions may be. There are really no words to describe her relationship with him - she would betray the world for him, and in fact, she did. | |

Fujin's relationship with Raijin is rather violent. Whenever she is unpleased with his comments, Fujin has a tendency to kick the crap out of his shins - sometimes she even does this for no apparent reason. She also pushed him off the bridge at Fisherman's Horizon at the end of the game - it seemed like he annoyed her for some reason and she saw fit to "punish" him so. Nevertheless, Fujin probably looks to Raijin as a brother and probably loves him as such anyways. |
