Fujin is a very minor character in the game; she is not at all as well developed as the other characters, but retains her importance as a member of the Disciplinary Committee, as one of Seifer's "lackeys", and as one of several bosses in the game.

One of her most prominent personality features is her speech; she speaks in harsh one-word "sentences". She also commonly kicks the heck out of Raijin's shins whenever she feels like it.

Fujin also appears to be an albino. She has no pigment in her body, has pale white skin, red eyes, and silver-colored choppy hair. She also wears an eyepatch over her left eye for unknown reasons.
