RELATIONSHIPS...

Squall at their first encounter, you can either choose for Squall to help her or to skip past it. I think this is more for tutorials. But anyway, Squall gets annoyed at her sometimes because of her constant happy attitude, but we have to remember that Squall gets like that with all people. However, we know that Squall appreciates her being around, and sometimes takes her side over the impulsive attitude of Zell. Selphie holds Squall in high regard however, and wants to thank him and do something special for him, so she creates a fun concert for him, and also to help Rinoa and him get together ;)

Rinoa From my point of view, Selphie and Rinoa don't seem to get along as much as she does with the other characters, but then again, I didn't have Rinoa in my party a lot. But they do get along and probably believe in girl power with each other and will support each other.

Quistis Quistis and Selphie have a friendly relationship, Selphie is a SeeD with Quistis and also has received help from Quistis. She enlists Quistis's help for the concert for Squall as well.

Zell Selphie likes to tease Zell a lot, just like a lot of people do. She starts to remind him that he's a chicken wuss, if Squall agrees with her when they invade the communication tower. However, as they get to know each other more, they are friendlier towards each other, and in some cases, Selphie sticks up for Zell and vice versa.
