This little section gives us information on how to get Combat Kingdom 003 and to see a little more information on Zell's girlfriend, 'girl with pigtails'.You can start this quest as soon as you defeat NORG in disk 2, but you must have Zell in your party each time, other wise it doesnt work. The way that this side quest works, is that you visit the library and talk to the 'girl with pigtails' after a certain event happens in the game, before you enter Esthar. First of all, you visit after the defeat of NORG, then, after you defeat BGH251F2 again, at Fishermans Horizon. Then, visit after the dance at FH, after you are asked to pilot the Garden again. Then, after you defeat Fujin and Raijin, after Trabia. Before you try to find Edea's Orphanage, after the White SeeD ship, after the library committee member asks you to look for zell's girlfriend, this time, you go to Balamb Town, then, you have to visit Zell's mom, then the hotel and then you get the Combat Kingdom 003.
